O’ life! I mismanaged you.

This poem beautifully depicts the feelings of a middle-aged woman,. A wife ,a daughter-in-,law, a mother how she spent best slices of her life ; right from the day, when she became a bride ,to the day of her life ,when she became a mother of two teenagers . She devoted herself taking care of her family and never thought of her own desires or ambitions. But now ,when kids are grown-up and remain busy among themselves , husband engrossed in his own professional life, she feels the tinge of loneliness in the latter years of her life, as , she is being advised to spent time in productive activities rather than being around them and cause unnecessary disturbance to them , O’ Life how tricky you are!!!!!

For those whom I spent my entire life time,
How! they teach me now,the value of time,

Many autumns and springs and chilly winters have gone,
Oh! I could never realise that I was always alone,

My pains , my sorrows , my agonies are only mine ,
Being there always for my loved ones , still paying a fine,

Where was the time for my own desires and longings,
When my heart and soul made you my sole belongings,

Hey life !!! I have no grudges against you,
You gave me life, and I, mismanaged you.

Always seeking your blessings and wishes🌷🌷🌹🌹🌺
