Guess my age

Dear God , add few more days of sunshine,.

Few more springs  , few more rainbows,. 

Just a  few more autumn’s , would be fine, 

For life has a wish, to have few more shows.      

getting old, and feeling getting old,

one is silver, then other is gold,

That’s the magic potion to have exponentially increasing grace,

with geometrically increasing wrinkles on the face.

Youthfulness is a state of mind and soul . It is certainly not related to  the age of body. People with years added to their life are more youthful than people who are younger.

Youth is a number ,but youthfulness is the spirit.

Youthfulness is a mind game, just play to win.

Lacking life lustre

 All of them who are young may not be youthful ,if, 

√√. they do not maintain   mental youthfulness.,

√√ their liveliness,

√√ curiosity to learn,

√√ and belief in the beauty of their dreams

People with low spirits,negative thinking,. dull approach towards life, lacking  enthusiasm and unwillingness to change for betterment   are not youthful .

Life in full throttle

# Just  smile .  Smile from your heart,

#. practice the quality of forbearance a little,

#. be kind ,

 # excercise regularly,

#. try to be in an everlearning mode just like a child,

# eat a  balanced diet,

# try to seek happiness in little things you do,

#. never ever stop to dream,

 # Meditate,

# pray to the almighty God for having blessed you with a beautiful journey of life.

  8. Infact God has bestowed old age with natural gracefulness even with wrinkles on the faces which are a mark of great experience and cool composure!Only what old age needs is someone to care & nurture them!Then see the glow on their faces turn pink!Great poem, Reena 💖
