A promise I had kept, always a secret,
That was to a  heart, I once met,


A promise with hope, that of sunlight,
The depth and intensity of the night,


A promise that had the love, infinite,
A promise,a commitment with soul filled in it,


I  have often heard ,these  words spoken,
Promises are made to be broken,


I wish my promise gets eternal  life,
It remains alive , even after my life,


My promise is a word of  faith and trust,
A steady rock , that won't fly off as  dust, 


As  I  locked it forever , and threw keys where planets revolved,
My  everlasting secret, promising mystery of heart unsolved.
