Lifeless love

I complicated love,
though it was supple,
Like serene skies,
With blue sea accouple,

I failed to surrender ,
I crumbled emotions ,
I engulfed the waves ,
I surpassed the oceans,

The lifeless love,
The moments undone ,
Flowing underneath,
Though drenching none,

  1. Reena ji, you have expressed the paradox of love with remarkable subtlety how a person often complicates what is, in its essence, naturally simple.

Love, by its very nature, is effortless, flowing, and rooted in surrender like the serene embrace of the sky meeting the blue ocean.
Yet, when ego, fear, or the desire to control intervenes, love ceases to be an “experience” and turns into a “struggle.”
“I complicated love” ; this admission itself is the first and most powerful step toward self-realization.

“I failed to surrender” ; indeed, the absence of surrender is what leaves love incomplete and unfulfilled.

    “Flowing underneath, Though drenching none” this line is deeply poignant;
it reflects a love that continues to flow within, yet remains unexpressed, unable to truly touch another soul.

In truth, the depth of love is not defined by its vastness, but by its surrender.
If one gathers the courage not merely to “understand” love, but to truly “live” it,
    it never becomes complicated
it simply flows, and in its flow, brings life to every touch.
