Unfaded Memories

In the lake of my mind ,
memories stay alive ,how ,
reliving them ,I intensely aspire,

like seasons after seasons ,
of dandelions ,recreating ,
the magic of undamped desire,

like the faint sound of windchimes,
In the garden of life , euphonious,
soothing my memories to respire,

  1. Dear Reena Ji,

As I read your poem, it felt as though I were standing beside a quiet lake at twilight, watching memories ripple across its surface like fragments of forgotten songs returning home.

The image of dandelions blooming season after season carries a beautiful truth that the deepest desires of the heart are not diminished by time; they merely change their form and bloom again in unexpected ways.

And those windchimes… how delicately they sing through your verses! Their faint music seems to awaken sleeping memories, allowing them to breathe once more in the garden of life.

Your poem reminds us that memory is not a burden of the past, but a living bridge between what has been loved and what continues to nourish the soul. Some moments never truly leave us; they become part of the silent music that accompanies our journey through life.

A tender, lyrical, and deeply evocative creation. It lingers in the heart long after the final line is read.

    With admiration,
    Vijay
